How do I know what standards I want to purchase?

How do I get discount pricing?
IPC members receive a discount of up to 50% off nonmember prices on all products available in the online store. For more information on IPC membership, click here or e-mail NealBender@ipc.org or call 847-597-2808. We also offer discount pricing on many of our products.
Why do I have to log in to put things in my shopping cart?
Identifying you in our database enables us to correctly able your member discount to your order.
To Place an Order
You can order online using Master Card, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. You can also call 847-597-2862 or e-mail OrderIPC@ipc.org. To order by fax, place all items in your shopping cart, click on either 'View Cart' or 'Check Out', print the order and fax it to 847-615-7114. Please include shipping address and credit card information.
To Change an Order
If you'd like to make changes or corrections to an existing order placed online, please contact DennisSmith@ipc.org or orderIPC@ipc.org.
Shipping and Handling
We ship U.S. and Canadian orders using UPS. Overseas orders are sent via FedEx. We process orders the same day they're received unless it's after 1 pm Central Time. If we take an order after 1 pm, we'll process it the following business day. We are happy to estimate shipping and handling charges for you based on the options you choose. Our Return Policy
Need to return an item? Within 21 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item except for downloadable products and graphic images for a full refund (not including shipping and handling). In order to ensure you receive credit for your return, please call 847-597-2862 or e-mail customerservice@ipc.org BEFORE you ship the item(s) back. Please note that graphic images and downloadable products cannot be returned or exchanged.
How Secure Are We?
The safety and security of your order is of the highest priority to us. We ensure that your Internet transactions stay private and protected by encrypting information through our secure server software. Your name, address and credit card number - plus everything else about your payment - cannot be read by anyone else while the information travels from your computer to our server. Once your order reaches us, your credit card number is stored on a system that has no connection to the Internet.
